RV News : Family sues Walmart after incident with stranger

No way I could capture the whole thing in the title, but the article is about a family that sues Walmart because they were staying in a Walmart parking lot in their RV and were attacked by a stranger. They claimed Walmart knew that the stranger was a loiterer and failed to act.

This is wrong on so many levels. I think Walmart was basically an innocent bystander. The family looks to me like they are just trying to get rich quick, which is what most lawsuits seem to be. Everyone was basically loitering.

But it takes just one family suing Walmart to get their policy on RV's changed.
